Nutritional Regimes

In today’s high pressure, cut-and-thrust world, we often forget to address our personal welfare and
although we know the importance of good health, we so
rarely seem to get time to address our personal needs.
There is an ever-increasing amount of scientific research
that indicates the growing need to supplement our diets.
In particular this research suggests the need to focus our
attention on our daily requirements for minerals, vitamins
and essential fatty acids. As a company we are very
aware of the amount of conflicting information that
surrounds nutrition, it’s sometimes over-exaggerated
benefits or the often over-hyped issues about its safety.
So we thought it would be a positive step to compile
some basic regimes for the most common issues that
our consumers may want to address. However, we feel
it is important to point out that we strongly believe the
most effective regime will always come from a
personalised nutritional consultation, with a qualified
practitioner. In the absence of this, these are some very
complete and safe-to-use regimes:
AGE GROUP REGIMES
CHILDHOOD (5 – 12 YEARS OF AGE)
Always take care when supplementing small children’s
diets, their body weight will need much lower levels of
supplementation in particular minerals like zinc.
- Suggested regime:
Child’s Play (vitamin and mineral) 1 –
2 capsules daily, OmegaZest from 1 – 5 yrs, 2.5ml (half
tsp) daily, from 5 yrs, 5ml (1 tsp) daily and from 10 yrs,
10ml (2 tsp) daily, Golden Flaxseed Oil 1 teaspoon daily
or one EPA Marine Fish Oil capsule daily, or alternatively
Red Alert one teaspoon daily. To help digestion; 1 capsule
daily of our multi strain probiotic, Pro-otic®.
- Remember to drink plenty of purified or bottled
water daily and if needed reduce the intake of
soft drinks.
ADOLESCENCE (13 – 21 YEARS OF AGE)
As we develop through puberty there is often a need to slightly increase our daily nutritional requirements.
- Suggested regime:
British Multi (vitamin and mineral)
2 capsules daily, OmegaSmart 1 – 3 capsules daily or
Red Alert 10ml daily or EPA Marine Fish Oils 1 – 2
capsules daily. Pro-otic® and/or Golden Aloe can also
be used to support a healthy digestive system.
- Remember to drink plenty of purified or bottled
water daily and if needed reduce tea and coffee
and alcohol. Please do not use Golden Aloe if you are pregnant or
intending to become pregnant.
ADULTS (21 – 60 YEARS OF AGE)
Your nutritional needs have normally stabilised from adolescence, however, there is still a necessity to supplement our basic nutritional needs.
- Suggested regime:
British - Multi (vitamin and mineral)
two capsules daily, OmegaSmart 1 – 3 capsules
daily or Red Alert 10ml daily or EPA Marine Fish Oils
1 – 2 capsules daily and Superlec 1 – 2 teaspoons daily.
Golden Aloe and/or Pro-otic® can also be used
to support.
- Remember to drink plenty of purified or bottled
water daily and needed reduce tea and coffee
and alcohol.
- Please do not use Golden Aloe if you are pregnant or
intending to become pregnant.
SENIOR CITIZENS (60 YEARS PLUS)
Your needs do start to change as you age however,
these are often supplemented on a more
individual basis.
- Suggested regime:
British - Multi (vitamin and mineral)
two capsules daily, OmegaSmart 1-3 capsules daily or
Red Alert 10ml – 15ml daily, or EPA Marine Fish Oils
1 – 2 capsules daily, and Co Enzyme Q10 30mg 1
capsule daily. Golden Aloe and/or Pro-otic® can also
be used to support digestion. Another product that
can be useful at this time in life is our Phosphatidyl
Serine 100mg 1 – 2 capsules daily.

and alcohol.
CONCEPTION AND PREGNANCY
PRE-CONCEPTUAL
To help support a healthy conception, we would suggest
doing some nutritional groundwork.
- Suggested regime:
Calcium Magnesium Complex
(Actizorb®) 2 – 4 capsules daily, EPA Marine Fish Oils
1 – 2 capsules daily, and one capsule of Folic Acid 400mcg daily.
- Remember to drink plenty of purified or bottled water daily and if needed reduce tea and coffee.
PREGNANCY
In pregnancy the mother’s nutritional needs are very
closely linked with that of the baby, this is one of the few
times we sometimes recommend the introduction of a
calcium supplement.
- Suggested regime:
Calcium Magnesium Complex
2 – 4 capsules daily, EPA Marine Fish Oils 1 – 2
capsules daily, and for the first three months of
pregnancy we would recommend one capsule of Folic

DIGESTIVE SUPPORT
To help support the often challenging role of digesting
our ever increasing fast food diets.
- Suggested regime:
Golden Aloe 20 – 40ml daily and
Pro-otic® 1 – 2 capsules daily.

water daily and if needed reduce tea and coffee
and alcohol. Please do not use Golden Aloe if you are pregnant
or intending to become pregnant.
JOINT AND CONNECTIVE
TISSUE SUPPORT
To help support healthy joint and connective tissue in all ages.
- Suggested regime:
Joint Support Formula 1 – 3
capsules daily, OmegaSmart 1 – 3 capsules daily or
Remember to drink plenty of purified or bottled
water daily and if needed reduce tea and coffee
and alcohol.
